“Had a great time ! Everyone was so nice ! Check in was super fast & on the day of our departure the hotel gave us a pool key to enjoy the resort for the rest of the day and stored our stuff for us”

“The use of fabuloso that this hotel used as a cleaning product was absolutely awful. This intense perfume, highly fragranced cleaner they used in our room did not dissipate until after two full days. The bathroom sink was clogged, the exhaust fan in bathroom didn’t work, the shower gel dispenser was totally empty! Bed Sheets and pillows were cheap and poor quality. The AC was obnoxiously loud, and I could smell cigs smoke from the people intention next door. This was an expensive lodging for us-……

“I highly recommend this hotel. The restaurant and beach bar is right on the beach and the drinks are excellent! The rooms are so comfortable and clean. It’s worth the price! Very professional staff. My kids were sad to leave. The drinks at the beach bar attracted to the hotel are some of the best I’ve ever had!”

“Lots of false information. Breakfast is not available in the restaurant. Lunch in the restaurant is not always available depends on the day. Bar doesn’t generally open until 4pm. Pool is small and indoor. Hotel is not as “grand” as they describe. Room in typical Holiday Inn. Expensive to stay there.”
