「Stay here every year. Front desk very nice. Staff in general very pleasant. Did not like the Valet parking. We had to park across street and it didn’t feel safe. Also. Nobody ever emptied our trash or took out dirty towels. They just kept leaving a menu thing in door. 」

「The decor was inviting and the rooms were clean. The location was lively and walkable. The water pressure was too intense. Some of the lights in the room weren't working and we were missing a tv remote. They corrected the remote situation quickly. Our room was a long walk from the elevators. We were surprised about the layout of the hotel with the room locations. 」

「We had to wait 10 minutes at an empty front desk to check-in. There were several other employees roaming around but the told us, “I don’t know where she went, just stay here.” After an aggravating 10 minutes and doubting my decision to stay here, she showed up. After that it was an easy check-in. 」
