“Overall hotel room is okay but not too happy to assign to floor 0 as I found bugs inside the room from time to time. Initially, I want to extend my stay but I finally moved to nearby hotel for extra nights as I don’t want to stay in floor 0. The most important is they are not providing service to keep guests’ baggage, so I need to walk round to keep them at the airport wait till check in. They should mention it on their booking page.”

“It was a grat place to stay at, the night before our holiday. Breakfast was excellent ”

“太舊了，需要重新裝修，浴缸有淤塞，去水慢。”

“The air circulation is quite poor. And there is no air-conditioning.”

“第一次住 Brighton，酒店在海旁，不錯的位置。附近有不同地區的餐廳，空中看風景的 Brighton i360 原本我是住混合床的，但因為有房，我可以免費 Upgrade 至獨立房間，實在太好了！ 房間有一扇窗可看到部分海景，實在很棒！ 謝謝 Selina Brighton”

“We put all our towel in bath tub & supposed to have new towels on second day. But the housekeeper just put back all our used towels(mixed up our towels) in position. We then asked the reception for change of new towels but then the housekeeper didn’t change them, just tidy them again. However we recognised that they were our used towels again. Besides, all the facilities in bath rooms are outdated, really needed renovation! Really disappointed as they are not budged hotel & the rooms……

“Booked as attending a wedding nearby that began at 11am and went until late at night. Staff were so accommodating; I was able to check in early which was really helpful. Room was clean and modern, bed was comfortable, shower pressure and temperature were great. I didn’t eat but breakfast looked nice. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area. ”

“房間和照片相差甚遠，房間特別小，緊貼著洗手間，房間通風極差，洗澡後整個房間充斥著水蒸氣，沒有衣櫃，只有一個衣架放衣服，不能燒水，前台很體貼供應瓶裝水、咖啡和茶，但是不能抵銷房間狹小的不快。”

“Hotel charge £5 for parking although we arrive very late 10:00pm and leave at early morning. There are no any other parking nearby. ”

“All good but if you are put small fridge and a microwave it is so good. Because you are not having breakfast service, ”

“Nice welcome, good room with perfect view of pier, no real traffic or city noise and plenty of tea and coffee and milk! Happily stay again!”
