“The plumbing has problems. The room I was checked into on the 9th floor had a toilet that randomly ran & sometimes wouldn't flush because there was no water in the tank. Other times, even through there was water in the tank, the toilet still wouldn't flush. I was moved to another room, on the 10th floor this time. Toilet worked great, it was the shower that didn't. The water temp was fine when coming out of the faucet. However, when pulling the knob to which the water flow to the shower nozzle,……

“Great staff, location, and onsite bar/restaurant! Only dislike was the parking ramp system with the QR code.”

“The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, our toilet would not flush and had to be fixed. It ran most of the night. When I used the restroom in the lobby, the same, it ran. Breakfast, the member running breakfast approached our table three times asking that when we were done eating, that we leave. There were still members of our family eating with no lines and many empty tables so was disappointed, that our breakfast was interrupted and asked to leave several times.……
