“The location is not quite good for me.”

“This ryokan was beautiful with a spacious room and great mountain views. The onsen was particularly nice with indoor and outdoor mineral baths, a cold plunge, and a sauna. There was also a private shower in our room if you aren’t interested in the onsen experience. The half board was good but served traditional local Japanese food - great for the adventurous eater but it may not be for everyone. “We stayed two nights with 2 meals included. Dinner is buffet with four kinds of snow crab. This never appear in other Japan hotel. One suggestion is the roast beef is pre-cut and is cool when served. Onsen is good and big but no ice pool. Overall, value for money choice.”
