“離市中心一般，回酒店時要經過一條很斜很斜的路（Steep Hill），沒有自駕車極不便。 雖然有升降機到達3樓，但經濟房間那邊，仍然要經過約5至6級梯級，要搬運較重的行李箱極不便。 服務員，態度好。剛入住時，天氣非常熱，詢問要把風扇，第2天才有，已是幸運。”

“Lovely spacious clean rooms. Staff very pleasant and helpful. The first night we had to park on grass because the parking bays were full when we came back late! The next day we managed to get a parking space. Everything else was excellent.”

“Lovely hotel in a great location for the town centre and the Corn Exchange. The owner was so friendly and couldn’t have done anything more for us. We had a lovely breakfast and definitely want to return to experience the restaurant.”

“Expedia should be ashamed to charge for accommodation in what was a hostel for vagrants. During the period that access was unavailable to us, a neighbour told us that the Hamilton was used to house council-sent people, and we saw three such unfortunate people waiting to enter. My wife was frightened by the property when access was eventually gained, describing it as being like her idea of a prison, and I found it forbidding and inhospitable.
