「Room light insufficient. Staff polite and friendly. Carpet at corridor seems dirty. Will not choose it again as the general feeling is not good.」

「The service of the counter was excellent. The room was also comfortable with the appliances you will need. The hotel offers free transportation from or to the YYZ airport, and it only takes 5 minutes. 」

「Room is average. However, I was disappointed with their shuttle bus service. They asked me to request the shuttle bus after I arrived at the airport which should arrive in 15 mins. I did accordingly. However, the bus did not come. I called 3 times to confirm their bus was coming to pick up but ended up with me waiting for the bus for 45 mins in the cold winds. Finally, I took a taxi. Terrible. 」

「This is as close to an airport hotel that you can get without actually being in the airport. The airport has a train that runs between the terminals and this hotel is at the end of this service (it it a VERY short walk once outside….like 200 feet) This allows easy access to both terminals after checking out. The restaurant is all you need (pizza, sandwiches, salads and a fully stocked bar) The rooms are ok , clean, and a nice place to kill hours or a day between flights, It ends the need for...
