"It’s not the best place to stay. I hope they can fix it the hospitality over there the people that work there. When leaving, they were laughing and not helping at all…… the second guest had health issues devices to be plugged in and cannot stay in the room because the electricity outlets were flickering"

"The staff was friendly and helpful, however the hotel is not very close to restaurants or markets and the hotel only offers breakfast if purchased. You defenitely need a car to get anywhere. The property is beautiful. The walls of the hotel are very thin and someone brought their dog that barked so loud it was kind of upsetting in the morning."

"Amazing experience staying at this place! As a solo traveler, it’s often as pricey for one person as for two, but this place had a great room for people like me! All the facilities worked very well, and it was very good to have a small kitchen! I also had a (in my opinion) big balcony with a very authentic surrounding of the typical cliff wall from this area, it was giving a nice nature vibe and coolness from the heat. "Apartment is good size but nothing is how’s president on the picture. We didn’t have housecleaning for the time we been there. We didn’t have anough sheets and towels. Their is not coffee maker and all the dishes war warone out. I have to buy beathroom suplise. Only thing that I like about the place is location and air conditioning"

"On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. The shared kitchen was absolutely discusting. One small pot and one medium pot, 2 spoons and NO powerpoints that could be...

"The room was very clean and beautiful and the reception staff were very kind and helpful. The view was amazing and the hotel is very close to the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it."

"We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Having private parking on-site was a big advantage and made our stay much more convenient. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the city centre and close to restaurants and shops. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Ulcinj and would gladly stay here again."
