"c'est un endroit magique isolé dans le sens loin de la masse de touriste, mais étant a proximité de tout: plage, commerce,petit village. la vue est plus que magnifique comme l’établissement est en hauteur. c'est un lieu atypique que je recommande fortement si vous n’appréciez pas les grand groupe hôtelier."

We went for the basic room, and it was simple, but clean and comfortable without any frills - but a bottle of water in the room would have been nice. The the hotel gets really quiet at night. Nice on site restaurant and the buffet breakfast offered a good range. Small issues with service where promised extra pillows didn't turn up, and when were again requested later in the evening we were challenged on when we arrived, who we had asked and...

"This is a traditional house, very nicely renovated. The best thing is the delightful terrace with a lovely view. This is where you have a very nice, very well presented breakfast. We were rather disappointed with our room. Although spacious it was far from luxurious and we had problems with the plumbing twice in 9 nights. Yaiza is a very quiet little town and for a better choice of restaurants it is easy to drive to El Golfo or Playa Quemada, both by the sea."

"Perfect spot for Playa Blanca, as its about half way between the main town area and the marina. Lovely room. Was cleaned everyday. Staff were friendly. Was quiet and didnt hear noise from neighbours. Wifi worked really well in our apartment. Lovely pools, although they were a bit chilly! Would recommend. Stayed self catering so cant comment on food, but loads of restaurants and takeaways to choose from in Playa Blanca. "

"This was our second trip to Lanzarote and we decided to go to the southern tip of the island. On the map it looks a long way but by car its only 35 minutes from the airport and I couldn't recommend it enough for families and older people who might find Playa Del Carmen for instance as a bit too lively. The Coral Villas are on an estate close to the VIK hotel opposite and are either 2 or 3 bed. Our villa was probably on its first let of the year. Quite a few of the surfaces were dusty and needed...

"First of all don't purchase the shuttle that Expedia offer you from the airport to these villas because you will receive an email after you've made the purchase saying that they don't go there and offering you a refund. Not much help when you've already booked on the basis a shuttle is available from the airport (32kms away and approx. €50 in a taxi!). Secondly the code I was given to access the keys for the villa was incorrect and there is no one on-site to assist. It's assumed you have a phone...

"Check in was good although the room didn’t have A/C operable at first. To be fair this was rectified quickly. The view from room 35 was incredible over the sea! The beds are very hard but this is fairly standard for the accommodation in my experience. Would recommend "
