「Our family really enjoyed our week at the Floresta. A big shout out to Johan and the animation team for keeping our kids occupied with activities during our stay. Staff was friendly and entire resort was kept sporless. Keep up the great work!」

「Cleaning was done nearly everyday if I needed staff were nice never ate the restaurant and never drank at the bar but overall I was happy.」

「Reception staff, particularly Belen who helped when I was sure I'd left my cell phone in a taxi having looked everywhere in my room including my bag. She contacted the taxi firm and in the meantime suggested I return to my room and she called the phone again. Sure enough the phone was in my bag but wedged under something else. Unfortunately later I did leave my camera in a taxi and she is working with them so that if found I can arrange its retrieval.」

「We had a great stay, the bungalow has everything you need, it gets cleaned almost every day, great location, super close to the beautifull flamingo beach at 5 minutes walk maximum. One of the 3 pools pools was heated, plus they have billiards and mini golf in the complex and the kids loved it. We would definitely stay again. 」
