I asked the front desk staff to help with making a reservation and they refused and instead wanted me to use a QR code for a reservation service that did not have the restaurant listed. "Very easy and close to get to from the station. Staff were pleasant. Coffee and seating in the foyer was very helpful coming in from the cold weather in February. Breakfast was across the road in the other building if you wanted it. "
