"Very helpful and friendly staff"

"The front desk young woman was sooo nice. She went above and beyond to make our 4 days enjoyable. The breakfast wasnt the most stocked we encountered but good for a quick meal. The room was nice. Its only a 10 minute walk to the city core and so worth it to be slightly away from the crowds. Highly recommend this stay."

"Small kitchen but no basics are provided, not even salt."

"The floor of our bedroom was creaky, one of our towels had a hole, poor amenities in the bedroom, only two small paper cups, instant coffee packets , no cream, the kettle was dirty and we only got one can of water for two nights (2ppl). Honestly I was disappointed. Breakfast buffet was good tho."

"One of the best hotels we have stayed at - the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. We were travelling with a baby and they put so many thoughtful touches in the room it made the stay all the more memorable. Highly recommended!"
