From the check-in experience to the cleanliness of our room, the service did not meet expectations. I mentioned a few issues in the room to the staff upon our arrival, but they made no effort to resolve them. "Picturesque, not far from town but car or quad is necessary. The pool and the pool are is to small for the number of guest I needs to accommodate. The staff is extremely nice (I appreciate that). The break fast buffet is very diverse and plentiful, but the quality of the products are not up to par. Although breakfast was include, we ended up eating breakfast. outside the hotel after the first day experience. "
