“酒店坐落在高处，房间内有很好的景色。房间面积理想，周围很安静。有户外阳台，坐在室内就可以观赏美丽的落日。酒店有充足停车位，早餐内容也不错。游泳池也不错，适合孩子和大孩子，但不适合成人锻炼使用。整个小镇有免费的巴士，很方便出行。唯一奇怪的是入住几天没有人来打扫房间，最终实在不能忍受，找工作人员要求才得到了非常凑合的打扫，脏床单不更换，浴室也没有清洁。这是一个很大的遗憾！”

“This was a great stay in downtown Asheville. Art deco to an extent with some modern features. The entrances, elevators and parking was secure. There were plenty of nearby restaurants and retail establishments. Positive.”

“Hotel Arras Asheville exceeded expectations. The hotel is stunning, modern, and upscale with very high ceilings in both the lobby and rooms, making everything feel far more luxurious than a typical hotel stay. My room had beautiful mountain views, and waking up to that scenery every morning was amazing. The blackout curtains also worked extremely well and made sleeping very comfortable.
The customer service was excellent and exactly what I expect from the Kimpton brand. The staff……

“Stay is always nice. Beautiful property, i'm really comfortable to stay at. If they had a pool, that would be wonderful, they keep saying they're planning one.But that hasn't happened yet. Location is great.It's right across from the entrance to built.More estate is part of built more village. Lots of dining and shopping are in a short walk and even a short drive away. Redstag restaurant inside is superb.It is a higher end restaurant, so it's gonna be pricey.But was well worth the price.……
