“The building itself is a bit dated one of the elevator is broken, and seems to be broken for a while The running water fall between the two elevators give the hotel a smell of chloride The room is clean, no fridge in the room Shower head is slightly moldy Room decor seems ‘70ish ”

“booked a king balcony..was told they overbooked those rooms.settled for a king..very small room..no fridge no microwave.swimming pool was drained..staff was very friendly.water in shower doesnt get very hot.thermostat is programmed where you can only get so much air and fan.”

“We have stayed at the Burgundy Hotel many times when coming to Little Rock. It's very conveniently located and the rooms are nice. Diara, one of the associates at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful. Overall, our stay went well. Just one hiccup- we were traveling with our pet Maltese, and I call ahead to find out the hotel's policy and was told that the pet fee would be $200 at which point I asked if it was refundable and the associate checked with a manager while I was on the phone……

“The grounds and the rooms are absolutely beautiful and well kept. Mark and Rhonda are amazing hosts and you can feel the passion for serving their guests. Their head cook Josh created some amazing breakfasts that any food connoisseur would relish. But it did not stop there. Their son Nathan created some of the best tasting desserts that I have ever experienced. The location is just down the road from all the happenings of Hot Springs. My wife and I will be back and will recommend to all of our……
