「Nice location and walking distance to old town」

「i have booked the executive room and found out the AC is not working properly and requested to change room, the reception staff is quick respond and take action immediately that impressed me of their effociency. i am happy with their services 」

「We enjoyed our 2-night stay here very much. The hotel is located at the centre of the city, very close to the Collégiale Notre-Dame. The front door of the hotel leads to the underground lobby. The front desk staff was very friendly, warm and helpful, the check-in process was very smooth. Our room is on the 3rd floor, and there is no elevator. The front desk staff was very helpful」

「This is a lovely hotel, wonderfully located, with exceptional service. While the historic aspect of the building is well preserved and charming, the decor is a bit dated and old. The bed is comfortable but sheets are slightly on the rough side. I happened to stay when the temperature was exceptionally HOT, so the AC could only do so much. I happened to forget to reserve a parking spot, but there is plenty of parking available publicly. It was a great value find, and I would definitely stay...
