“The Otis has a very nice pool. Restaurant is just Okay. Honestly, in my opinion, The Otis is a 4-star hotel. Not a 5 star. They apply a lot of fees that you are not aware of. Like a resort fee? This place doesn't feel like a resort. They applied $50.00 to my account for a two-night star. It was use it or lose it. I had to eat on premise. So be aware. Also, parking is very expensive. Not a bad hotel, but also not one I'm looking forward to returning to.”

“Most kind and amazing management and staff Loved the indoor pool and jacuzzi-only one in downtown Austin. Unfortunately, we had several disappointments. The room was super small and no coffee or tea in the room. The elevators were having problems There are 3 elevators and only 1 of them was working to serve 16 floors Then, one day, the only operating elevator also stopped working! Fortunately, we could use the cleaning staff elevator but it was a bit anxiety-producing since we were on the 10th……

“Everything was outstanding. From the valet to the room it was wonderful. Heads up and be prepared to spend 40 a day for valet. If not you’re going to try to find somewhere to park and good luck on that. ”
