"We initially booked the penthouse apartment at the last minute, but were moved to a small two bedroom one bath place as the penthouse was not available. This apartment had limited to no cookware and the microwave blew a fuse if plugged in. Then we moved to our booked place- much nicer. Owner good communication- property manager not so good. "What was listed as a Deluxe Penthouse apartment was far from it. - As a city girl. I am familiar with city-life. Nevertheless, to be greeted by a few shady-looking characters in the front of the building, did not make me, or my grandchildren, feel secure. - Upon entering the apartment, the lights did not work in "the dining room" and part of the kitchen.
