"We had a lovely view of the harbor and it was generally a wonderful experience. Hope to do it again sometime."

"I have an additional $300 that was charged immediately to my card and I had to inquire about it the next day. Their explanation? New employee. They didn’t think to reach out to me and offer to reverse it. I had to ask for it to be reversed. I’m still waiting for the $100 hold to drop off as well. Now on the rooms: the “upgrade” to a suite was not so much an upgrade. I got put on a corner right in front of a 24/7 LED billboard and on one of the noisiest corners in Baltimore. I heard everyone and everything at all hours. They didn’t have sound proof windows it’s curtains which would’ve helped. I found silver hair in my bathroom. Luckily I travel with Lysol, but that was just nasty. The floors were sticky so I wore socks the whole time. The room smelled like maple syrup which is not synonymous with cleaning products. I was there for a quick work trip and expected better."

"Staff were very helpful, the lobby is historic and impressive, and the rooms are spacious. The property also seems tired (including the shower that at first glance didn't look clean but upon further inspection was just really old and walls are often scuffed), elevators are slow, and there was a loud and pretty inconsiderate convention that was being hosted - lots of public intoxication. Staff are in a tough spot with this and no one wants to be a killjoy, but I hope they can consider standards of conduct and how to enforce them - I saw one conference attendee vomit in the lobby and another said something sexually inappropriate to me."

"I really enjoyed this hotel, the location is great, it’s connected to two great restaurants the breakfast menu choices were great. It’s in walking distance to everything this will always be my first choice when staying at the harbor."

"We arrived late at the hotel and we got no problem at the parking which was just across the street. We paid $17 after 12 noon checked out. The room was super cleaned, the bed was cozy and pillows were light, fluffy and heavenly soft feel. The breakfast was fresh and lots to choose from it, we were perfectly content and delighted to start the day. We were amazingly surprised with their state of the art pan cake maker. Thank you so much for those who prepared our full hearty breakfast! The staff were nice and friendly. We definitely will come back and we spread these good news to our families and friends so they will not have difficulty searching where to stay when they come to Baltimore Maryland...no other than TRU BY HILTON! :)"
