“I recently stayed at Secrets St. Lucia and unfortunately would not recommend this resort.
The experience started off on the wrong foot with a very confusing check-in process that took nearly an hour. Throughout the stay, most of the staff came across as rude and disengaged, with a few notable exceptions—Sanchey, in particular, was wonderful and stood out for their kindness and professionalism.
The rooms themselves were disappointing. They felt dirty and not well-maintained, although I will say……
