「It needed updating, especially bathrooms. They did not offer perks for VIP or Platinum Expedia guests. No coffeemaker or slippers in rooms, but they did have water and robes. To my knowledge, no room service for breakfast. 」

「It is pre-season at the Jersey Shore. Stone Harbor and the Reeds were peaceful and relaxing most of the time. In the evenings, there are options in the hotel and in the town for live music and social gatherings. When the season starts, shops will open, and more eateries will open. I have been in Stone Harbor for the fullness of a summer season, but I enjoyed it this time in the beauty and quiet of spring and the beautiful room and facilities of the Reeds at Shelter Haven.」

「I loved the place but extremely disappointed about the parking. There is no parking. I came from out of town and had to park over a block a way with my 12 year old. Just was inconvenient.」

「There is many things inside this property, we got to experience not just being in a room. 」

「This property was beautiful inside and out. The room was spacious and laid out well. It was nice to have a sofa but the tv should be adjustable to enjoy from the sofa. The beds were excellent and the linens too. Spacious bathroom and just so pretty. Lots of little details too so you felt comfortable and less like a hotel. The best thing was the large balcony facing the ocean, absolutely gorgeous!! My only issues were that the property is being renovated and 2 dining options were closed. ...

「Furniture in bedrooms was sparse. Beds were not very comfortable. Shade was not hung in one bedroom which meant early wake up. Sink in one of the bathrooms was clogged, but fortunately there was an extra bathroom. However, the condo was very clean and the kitchen and living room was nice with comfortable seating. Would have been nice if the bedrooms were smaller and the common space bigger.」
