"We were lucky to get an upgrade to a king suite. The room was HUGe. We had a view of Mount Fuji and was spectacular at sunset. Very close to the metro and easy to navigate. Walkable to so much!"

"The room was nice and clean. We would get bottled water every day that was a nice touch. Also the Hotel provided us a Free Drink from the bar every day during happy hour time."

"We had a great view of Tokyo! The hotel is right next door to Shinagawa station so accessing all of Tokyo and Japan was so convenient with our JR Pass. The breakfast buffet was very busy but never ran out of food and the staff were amazing. We didn’t explore the hotel much but there is a lot to do without leaving the hotel, numerous restaurants, dolphin show, bakery, etc. etc. It’s was a great base for all our travels and we’d highly recommend staying here! "
