「All okay really, spacious room, robes, etc, but breakfast starting at 0800hrs on a weekday is not early enough (although take-away bagged makings for a sandwich, fruit and jogurt was provided). Lift inoperable during stay and no offer to help with luggage. Pool chilly and definately not 31C, but jaccuzi very pleasant.」

「Stayed for a week. Restaurant/Bar staff were fantastic. Room service/cleaning staff were absolutely excellent. Hotel is more of a business hotel, with a nice location near the centre. Room was nice and big. Room cleaning staff kept the cleanliness of the room as probably the best I have ever seen and I stayed at a lot of hotels. So well done to that team. Reception was not very good. Not very helpful and did not explain much at check in or whenever I engaged with them. It’s meant to be 24hour...

「I have stayed in this hotel in the past, when they still had reception and breakfast, ant the stay was great. Therefore, I booked it again, and have to say, now the feeling is like living in student dormitory. Rooms require maintenance, shower had mould between the tiles and rusty service box, ceiling was wet, etc. So if you need just a night stay somewhere quick, then it is fine, but I would not book holiday stay in this place. 」

「Great location in Klaipèda Old Town; easy walk to most of the notable sights. Parking booked in advance. Room was clean and functional - ours had a sofa, which is always nice! Safe and fridge in the room - all drinks and snacks are chargeable, even the bottles of water. Bathroom was fine, with shower over the bath. Most importantly … it is in a great location!!」

「I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The apartment was absolutely fantastic. The design of the space and furniture were wonderful. It has high ceilings and a balcony which added greatly to the feeling of openness. The appliances are all quite new and the kitchen has all the items we needed to cook and feel like we were at home.
