「The hosts were lovely. Clean, safe, comfortable, good common area includes fridge, glasses, plates & cutlery. Delicious breakfasts with a view of the colourful boat harbour. The pub in Mousehole (5 min walk) was good. Parking is a short distance away but make sure you have cell / text service to use the parking app in case the only machine in the lot isn't working as the next lot is 2 miles away! Would stay here again!!!」

「Zimmer im 2. Stock großer als erwartet 😊. Bad klein, aber sehr fein. Alles das was benötigt wird. Sehr schöner Ausblick vom Zimmer zum Meer und Richtung St. Ives. Gastgeber sehr herzlich und freundlich. Mark hatte viele Tipps für uns. Super Lage um mit dem Zug nach St. Ives zu fahren. Ein paar Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen.」

「An L-shaped single room with a shower and kettle corner. Basic but cheap and cheerful , warmed up room made the welcome even warmer. A cooked breakfast served by the friendly owners set you up for the day. 」

「Wow what can I say… we loved staying at Borthalan House. The location is perfect for St Ives with train station only a few minutes away and easy routes to beautiful places such as St Michael’s Mount and Minack Theatre. What made our stay extra special was Margaret and Martin who really looked after us. Margaret’s breakfast was delicious and Martin’s humour gives us a good kickstart to the day. Borthalan House was really cosy and the room we stayed in had lovely sea views. We will miss our daily...
