“My husband and I stayed here for our baby moon, and we honestly couldn’t recommend this place more! After doing a painful amount of research, it was difficult to decide between this resort and a few other ones we found, but I am so glad we went with The Islander. The grounds are beautiful, the staff is lovely, and the setup of the resort is all you could hope for! We truly forgot we were still in the U.S. and not on a tropical island. “Clean and comfortable rooms. Excellent beach access and amenities. Smallish pool and jacuzzi. We spent the entire time on the beach though - water was amazing.”

“Pool staff great. Too windy to do beach activities our trip unfortunately. Hotel room was great. Beautiful views. Check in was an unfortunate process. We were hoping for an early check in, instead didn’t get checked in till after our guaranteed 4PM.”

“We had a wonderful stay in the BOTE House. Perfect for a small family and dogs with the fenced in yard. The staff was great and very accommodating. The access to the other resorts and amenities is also a huge plus. We will definitely be back!”

“We booked a newly renovated 1 queen bed and 2 twin, 2 bedroom villa. The twin room was SO small they had the beds touching each other pushed into a corner, and there was only about 12 inches of space between the bed and wall to walk to the bathroom. No room for luggage, and they had to be put in the closet. There was a dresser that we had to put in hallway bc we couldn't even open the door all the way. Pictures were very deceiving. Another family we met at pool booked a 2 Queen room with pullout……
