「An excellent hotel option downtown Piatra Neamt. The staff was great, professional and friendly. The hotel is clean and the room was excellent, large, clean and with a nice view and a great bed. Everything worked well and it even had a safe available. Best location possible. A wonderful experience. 」

I got an executive room, and it was indeed spacious and confortable. Divided into two spaces, one with couch, armoire and clothes hanger; the other with the sleeping room, King bed, coffee machine, and fridge (empty, but they do sell snacks and drinks at reception). 「The property overall is quite nice. The owners are lovely. However, the washroom had a stench from poor plumbing and the sink was shattered, but glued together. Otherwise, the suite was spacious - it had balconies with a mountain view. I was not impressed with the property and would not recommend it. In fact, I would suggest that visitors find accommodation in Suceava where the airport is, and where all monastery tours start. Gura Humorlui as a location was a problem overall.」
