「Check in was easy, staff was friendly, had a minor issue in our room and they moved us right away without hesitation and were very apologetic. Excellent experience!」

Our room seemed pretty clean other than some stray hair in the shower, until we realized there was a very large spill(?) soaked into the carpet between the bed and bathroom. The staff was apologetic about it and it wasn’t noticeable with shoes on so I can see how they may have missed it, but still gross. 」

「Overall the hotel and services are top notch. Museum, restaurant, amenities, and our room was excellent. The one issue that kept this review from achieving a better score was the 'drag race and tire burn out contest' at one in the morning midnight Saturday June 1 to early morning June 2 Sunday. For the hotel being located in the semi-exclusive "Library District" the hooliganism allowed by the city at that hour is ridiculous. Wouldn't hotel management at least report this activity so as to...
