「The location was wonderful. Right in the middle of everything which is what I was looking for. The staff was pleasant and informative. My concerns/complaints were with the room itself. It felt like the room placement a last minute thought. It was very small and located right next to the ice machine and elevators. The more noticeable was the conditions. There was mold in the shower along the door tracks, walls were marked up, the towel holders on the wall fell off, the toilet paper holder kept...

「We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Savannah! Everything was exceptionally clean, and the service was excellent. The ladies at the front desk were attentive, welcoming, and respectful, as was the valet parking staff. Everything was clearly explained, making our stay easy and stress-free.

Our room was comfortable, the...

「This property is lovely but some rooms are a bit dated. We understand it is scheduled for a renovation soon. We had a few issues with our room but it was handled by front desk staff. The front desk employee, Michelle, was excellent! She handled everything quickly. I would definitely stay here again. Location was excellent, especially if you are going to convention center.」

「Loved the location to all the squares and the river front. Didn’t love the staff or house keeping, they weren’t very helpful or friendly and housekeeping neglected to provide TP, Kleenex, coffee, basic necessities. Also, there was a female with some authority that handled the bar restaurant and was quite rude and belittling to an employee which was embarrassing for everyone!」
