“Simpson Bay Resort is truly wonderful. The staff is warm and friendly. The view is spectacular and to top it off you can walk to many casinos and eateries. Now on the down side, I DO NOT recommend you eat dinner at Ka Patrona. Their breakfast is good but dinner is a bust! The food was tasteless and unappealing. How can you mess up spaghetti with garlic and oil? Other than that, I highly recommend Simpson Bay Resort.”

“While the resort grounds itself were beautiful, the staff and food were very lackluster. Upon our arrival, we found that our television was not working correctly and requested someone fix it so that we could watch television on the rare occasions that we were in the room. That request took almost an entire day to resolve. The only reason why we had a working television is because the woman from the front desk came with us to our room and fixed that for us. We did not know that the resort seems……

“The resort is very nice and clean. We loved the pools and grounds. We purchased all inclusive. The food and service in the main restaurant was subpar, breakfast was average. The Shack and Gizmo was better, but the service was not. Entertainment ended at 9:30pm everyday, Which was only at the Gizmo.”
