“Rooms were clean and staff were great”

“This place was actually paradise. First of all, the breakfast was probably our favorite part of the whole stay. It was so yummy and very amazing. Our room was cleaned daily and staff was very helpful and accommodating with questions that we had. It was a very calm area and we loved being able to go into the ocean at anytime we wanted.”

“I thought the overall hotel was nice it appeared clean to the eye, but I started receiving some sort of insect bites on my shoulders, face and legs the second day I was there. I didn’t have this issue when I arrived Monday and still some itching today after arriving home Friday. The breakfast was normal but birds were flying along trying to eat. There was no gym and a small pool. I told the waiter exactly how to make a cocktail it came back wrong, it was terrible for $21.00. I never did see the……

“Absolutely lovely stay! The rooms were wonderful. The choice of two different beaches was fantastic and all of the staff was lovely. Food was delicious ...Drinks were fantastic and views were spectacular!!”

“property feels unloved. front desk staff need training when there are any there. room smelt of damp and mold. 1 light in bathroom not working fan in bathroom needed servicing and cleaning, sounded like a tractor starting no face towels. wash cloths and bath towels only humidifier to loud, disturbs sleep. would definitely not recommend. gardens pretty and pool, but i never used either.”
