「超出预期的酒店，性价比超高。唯一缺憾是房间没有水壶，不过前台人员给我找了一个，可能看我带着孩子。离大广场不行1分钟，闹中取静，极力推荐」

「Near the pier, just 5 min walk, and the hotel facility is new and room is big, staff is friendly and helpful to tell me the way to those attractions. Highly recommended」

「Hotel restaurant is fairly good, bar is great, especially the waiters and bartenders are in good energangy. Location is in the city center closed to ferry station. If you are in for shopping, this is also a good place to stay with all the luxury brands around. The only problem I have is the drainage system in the shower/bath tub. The water goes down very slowly, everytime I took shower, it will take 15 minutes till the wastewater to go down completely. I notified the front desk to send someone...

「 After a bit of a rocky start with no air conditioning, a room safe that did not work and an uneven hallway that we tripped on several times (3rd floor), we really grew to like this hotel and the wonderful guys and lady at the front desk, and the ladies in charge of the bar. Just a note American travelers... the A/C is not set in the room, it is controlled by the hotel. The window opened, and the breeze was cool and great, but the mosquitos were a problem. So, I would stay here again......

「酒店位置很方便，离圣马可广场不远，附近几条小街购物、吃饭也都很方便。缺点就是没有电梯，房间设施比较古老。但服务人员真的很热情，我们一行人好多个大箱子都帮我们拎到房间了。早餐不算丰富，但饱腹还是没问题的。再去威尼斯还会考虑选择这里。」

「酒店的入口有兩個一是水路一是陸路。 我是從陸路入的十分難找 房間的冷氣不能自行開關 需要到大廳叫服務員開或者關很奇怪 整體房間整潔度一般 但房間是有特色的有古舊的味道 我們選擇了望河景的房間 慶幸被安排在最高一層 所以沒有嗅到內河怪味 酒店為處聖馬可廣場步行約10分鐘 步行往其他碼頭也要8分鐘 」

「Stayed in a Junior suite deluxe. Lovely, clean, fresh and comfortable. Fabulous location, couple of minutes walk from San Angelo water bus station. Within easy walking distance of the main attractions with plentiful bars, shops and restaurants close by. Hotel was beautiful, with a quirky layout. Only less positive comments on the room itself was there were no drawers at all and a distinct lack of storage. 」
