“I am extremely disappointed with our experience. Before booking, I specifically chose Sandestin because of the golf cart amenity. I even called before our arrival to confirm that my reservation included a golf cart, and I was assured it did. Upon check-in, I was told our reservation did not include one. After agreeing to pay an additional fee of over $600 for six days, I was then informed there were no 6-passenger golf carts available and, even more frustrating, that the building our condo is in……

“Our stay was great the only issue was the entry gate process. Several of us had to wait until a guard arrived to open to gate. And the parking garage was very low, when I opened the trunk door on my van, my wiper got scratched.”
