“the room was pretty clean and looked good. the only problem with the room i would say is the loud ac and the bed was very hard. almost felt like laying on wood. also, breakfast is not complementary. when i checked in and was told about breakfast, i thought each guest got free breakfast. instead, i was charged $23 for just grits, eggs, and bacon. if i had known breakfast wasn’t free, i would’ve ordered a better meal or just wouldn’t have gone…overall i give this stay a 6/10. they also charge $10……

“Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Parking was a nightmare, the parking garage is not suitable for the amount of guests that stay there. The bar closed early and there was no option for food late in the evening even though the lobby was crowded with people after a concert and a few weddings. I would not pay the high price of this hotel for one evening of sleep!”

“Super loud! Room service was not nice. Asked for tip when it is already included 22% automatically. Would not recommend!”

“We have a very good experience. The room is clean, tidy and has no unpleasent smell. The staff are very friendly. If it's your first time at the hotel, they will introduce you to some of the hotel's facilities and your rights.”

“Hotel itself was fine, but the staff could use some retraining… At any given moment there were at least 7-9 people waiting in line for check in or other things. They are extremely slow at check ins and 1 staff member Dave was particularly rude when my room key stopped working and I asked for a new one.”
