“Transportation is a real problem given the hotel is pretty far away from the downtown. Check in was very inefficient and I had to wait for over 30 mins without being right instructed, staff just gave me a wrist band then asked me to sit and wait that’s it. And there’s unpleasant smelling from the water pipe of toilet. Overall the experience is not great.”

“Nice complex with three great pools. Perfect location with a private beach. More than enough choice at the buffets, with every day a different menu. Very friendly staff. The hotel is very clean, with specious rooms. The hotel has an enthusiastic entertainment team, but also a very beautiful quiet pool. And for the (rare) cloudy days, there is an indoor pool. The grounds are very green and well kept. It’s also an excellent base for exploring the beautiful sights of Tunisia, such as Sousse,……

“Staff are very polite and welcoming, rooms are clean, food is okay but do not cater for English tourists, quests are mainly Arabic. Visited this hotel many times in the past 20 years and it used to be beautiful, came back in 2023 and it was awful mainly due to the quests but thought I would give it another go and it has improved a lot, would stay again.”

“Great staff and good vibes. We really enjoyed our stay here. The dining room staff, beach staff, and animators were really good to us. Food gets repetitive (more fruit, please!) But apart from that we loved it all. Tip: the party on the stage goes until 11:00 pm most nights. If you aren't a night owl, ask for a room facing away from the stage. We partied on our balcony.”
