“We absolutely loved our time here. It was clean and beautifully decorated. The forest view was lovely and yet we were so close to the Heavenly Gondola. We had 5 adults and 4 children in the 6 bedroom Villa #11. We had a lovely view of the forest out the back and the Gondolas out the front corner windows. The listing does need to be updated for accuracy though. On the negative side there was no desk (although the listing said there was one). But, on the up side, the 6 bedroom listing said 4……

“Myself and 7 other guests stayed in their 4 bed 4 bath condo and it was amazing. We were welcomed by the staff with excellent service. The unit was flawless and all my guests were satisfied with the experience. Everything brand new, ample parking, quiet environment. We will certainly stay here again. Chandler and Dylan were great throughout our stay!”

“The location is excellent unfortunately the pool was closed for our full because of an issue with chemical levels. Also on one night the elevator was broken down.”

“This stay was terrible because it never even happened. The listing was on multiple sites and they claimed that ‘it was booked at the same time’ as another guest. They sent a contract and confirmed my booking, but they must have received a higher nightly offer and cancelled my reservation. Because of the cancellation, there was no other property large enough for our family in Tahoe, and our vacation was ruined. We were going to escape after not doing anything this entire year. Very disappointed……
