“We loved staying at this hotel! It's hard to choose when you have never been to the country or the area, but this location was amazing. We could walk down the safe, backroad through the hotels to the path that led right to the shops and restaurants and bay. We didn't rent a car and just walked each day. We also booked a few tours that picked us up right from the hotel. We loved the shops and all the restaurants close by. We enjoyed the work out room at the neighboring hotel that was included.……

“location wise, It's not exactly at the waterfront area, however, it's still well connect with the most pleasant area in Cape Town. I think the complimentary shuttle boat make the difference. We had a mountain view double room, which is quite amazing. We can see the table mountain directly from our window. The parking is quite nice, however, there's an extra fee on it. The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.”

“This is probably the worst hotel I have stayed in over the past ten years. I booked a two-bedroom apartment. On the first day of check-in, neither of the two rooms had been cleaned. Both beds had very obvious yellow stains, and one of the beds had not even been made at all. The Wi-Fi did not work. After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I……
