“This was a fun castle hotel. The decore of the bar and lounges were great. The view of the Lich was very nice the staff were friendly and they served a great breakfast. Our only complaint was the musty smell in the room. It got better with the window open. ”

It was a birthday treat for my wife, and there was a lovely box of chocolates from the hotel in our room, which was a lovely gesture. The food was exquisite, so all in all it was a perfect few days in paradise 🙂🙂”

“We stayed 2 days and it was excellent. Our room was spacious and very comfortable. The large drawing room that overlooks Loch Melfort was also available for us to use which we enjoyed. We enjoyed a delicious 4 course dinner on the evening of our arrival prepared and served by our host Mathew. This was our first visit to Melfort House and hopefully we will be back again soon.”
