“Very nice property close to everything either a walk away or quick uber ride. Staff were very helpful with tour arrangement and dinner recommendations. Was only here for a long weekend but would definitely recommend. I am very picky with hotel accommodations and this spot did not disappoint. Also a plus to have a coffee shop and restaurant downstairs.”

“the room was pretty clean and looked good. the only problem with the room i would say is the loud ac and the bed was very hard. almost felt like laying on wood. also, breakfast is not complementary. when i checked in and was told about breakfast, i thought each guest got free breakfast. instead, i was charged $23 for just grits, eggs, and bacon. if i had known breakfast wasn’t free, i would’ve ordered a better meal or just wouldn’t have gone…overall i give this stay a 6/10. they also charge $10……

“The perfect place to stay while visiting Charleston. Staff was friendly and informative. The Swamp Fox Restaurant and Bar was great and the waiter Eric really made eating special. We will definitely stay there again.”

“We spend Father's Day weekend and we had a bad experience. First, we arrived late and when open the room...a very bad humid smell come from the room. The staff try to blame us (what?) The carpet was wet and dirty. Finally to Mr. Laurent, we had a new bedroom down-side. The the TV doesn't work or connects to Internet. After a few complaints, they finally came and try to blame us, again. For WHAT? And for the finished night our shower clog, with black sand that we don't have an idea where's……

“Our bed was comfortable and the room was clean. Parking was a nightmare, the parking garage is not suitable for the amount of guests that stay there. The bar closed early and there was no option for food late in the evening even though the lobby was crowded with people after a concert and a few weddings. I would not pay the high price of this hotel for one evening of sleep!”

“Stayed for about a week in a King Deluxe Room. Newly remodeled and very clean. Property itself is beautiful and well maintained. Pools are clean and the "adults" only pool is a great option if you don't want children screaming and running around you. Every morning attendants put out fresh towels and cleaned the chairs.
