“I recently stayed at Paradisus Los Cabos and unfortunately the experience did not meet expectations for a resort of this level.
We had no hot water for approximately 36 hours, with no prior communication. I only discovered this while in the shower, which was particularly frustrating as it happened on the day I had a spa booking and negatively affected the experience.

“MONEY STOLEN!!
We stayed for 4 nights total and on our last day there, we noticed $500 was stolen from my wallet. No one else had been inside our hotel room except our family and THE CLEANING STAFF.
During our second day there, in the morning when I tried to enter my hotel room, there were two cleaning ladies inside my room, and one of them was at the door, HOLDING THE DOOR SHUT while I used my keycard to try to enter. I could hear the other cleaning lady on the other side of the room, and……
