“We stayed for five days and LOVED it! The breakfast had all we would have wanted, the pool area was beautiful with lots of chairs available any time of day. The resort and rooms are very clean and the staff were friendly. We felt very safe walking to the many restaurants and shops in the area. We will definitely be back!”

“An excellent property with lots of options. Our villa had a wonderful view of the ocean and while it was a ground level room we were on the edge of a cliff with a view down to a rocky coast. Beautiful. Two large pools and two hot tub type pools plus bbq’s and a very well equipped exercise room made it very helpful and comfortable. ”

“The room was very clean. Unfortunately housekeeping arrived everyday between 4 and 5 when we would arrive back from our day of fun to shower. Twice we waited on the balcony to in order to shower, once they called because they couldn't get in the door and said they needed to come in if we wanted our room clean. I asked for them to wait because we weren't dressed yet and they said they could not wait. I spoke with the front desk and requested for our room to be finished cleaning by 3 pm and……

“We booked an all-inclusive package. Upon check-in, we were informed that dinner reservations were required. We specifically asked which restaurant served seafood and lobster in the evening, only to find out later that all lobster dishes came with an additional charge. The breakfast was a buffet, but the variety was quite limited. The only commendable aspect was the staff’s friendly and professional service. However, one downside is that all tourism-related personnel in the area, including hotel……

“It is a newer hotel in Los Cabos area. The room is spacious and clean. The food are amazing, better than most of all-inclusive hotels. We especially like the food from restaurant UMO, very tasty. The service is good, staffs are very helpful. Before the trip, I read some reviews that the hotel may be noisy due to parties, it didn't happen to us. There was a wedding event near our room corner, and it ended at 10:30 pm per hotel quiet policy. We enjoyed the stay, and will come back next time.”

“All the food was amazing, including pool side dining. We even had a romantic dinner on the beach. The rooms were spotless. The service was great! The Spa was world class. I loved the 1-bedroom unit, which included a kitchen, dining area and sitting room, not to mention a large covered outdoor deck. I can't say enough about this hotel!”
