“Hotel was clean and staff was very kind and welcoming. However the amenities at the hotel were meh. For example, no mini fridge in the room, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash. Luckily I pack my own but geez it’s an Omni Hotel! We are a family of 4 and there was only sets of 2s, for instance 2 towels, we had to call each night for additional towels and coffee since they only stocked it the first day. It’s also the World Cup, they have a wonderful pool and outside area but it wasn’t staffed.……

“The service wasnt that good with the room service. we didnt get our room cleaned one day. and when we ask for water at night they said the big bottles are already locked up. the glasses that we use in the room , was only taken away, but never put new once.”

“It was a great stay at the Marriott Marquis in Huston during our FIFA World Cup visit in Huston with my son. The rooftop Lazy River, pool are the signatures of this Hotel. It is an asset for people traveling with kids. Location is great, close to Metro Stations, and other amenities, right in the heart of the downtown. Multiple choices of Restaurants covering variety of tastes, and food/kitchen choices. Screens available to follow the sports, Biggios has very large screens. The staff was very……
