"the staff at this hotel were exceptional. My son left his mobile phone in the back of an Uber on the way out on Saturday evening and the staff (Sara and the main manager) were very helpful in tracking down the Uber driver and securing his phone back. i cannot fault the staff. Very accommodating and helpful."

"This hotel is amazing! Very clean and comfortable beds. The only thing I would say is that we had to pay 5 pound per person per day to use the indoor pool and this is not clarified on the site. "

The outdoor pool area is very nice, the windy days made a little difficult to fully enjoy this amenity. My family and I look forward to staying in this property again in a future visit to estori.."

"This property stole my heart with its friendly service, charming and elegant rooms, amazing balcony overlooking the ocean and beautiful pool and grounds. Rita at the front desk was a wealth of information for us and took care of our every need. Breakfast each morning was delicious and had plenty of options. The location was just a short drive to dining, a grocery store and activities. Be sure to visit Guincho Beach nearby for stunning views. "

"Friendly staff, quiet area, adjacent to golf course. Recent renumbering of the course meant that tee #1 was no longer adjacent to he hotel. The driving range was a short walk but the clubhouse and first tee were better accessed by car if carrying clubs."

"The property said it has three restaurants but only one was open. They offered a vegan option that was "Tuna tataki"... The reception/concierge staff were generally rude and unhelpful. If you want to order food to the hotel because they only have one restaurant, don't worry they will only charge you 30 euros to bring outside food into the hotel."
