Check in too way to long and communication was non existent, F&B compared to other resorts in Grace bay was in my opinion below the Ritz standard. Once again leadership very engaged and curious, however how this is trickled down to staff i think there is a-lot of room for improvement. I would rate 8/10 on all facets. Expected a 10!」
