「We booked a sunset view suite. The view is nice with a jacuzzi. However, the water is not hot enough in my opinion. The hotel is quiet and clean overall speaking. We love the breakfast area and the poolside. The walk to Santo Mine is just a few minutes and relaxing. We enjoyed staying in Santo Pure. 」

「Excellent hotel with stunning views , love the facilities especially in the hotel and bar the pool in the room 」

「島上建議租車可以環全部的景點，這個住宿地點很好，但建議五月之後天氣比較穩定。」

「很棒」

「Everything is perfect!! But the location is far away from villages, and the hotel’s restaurant does not offer very attractive menu… But we enjoy the stay very much!! The view is splendid!!」

「The hotel was very nice, and the room was very beautiful with a heated pool. All staff were lovely and helpful. However, the room wasn’t cleaned by house keeping, it was more of a tidy up. Which is nothing against the staff as I assume this is what they’re told to do. For a 5 star hotel at this price point, I would expect this. The breakfast was nice; but would like more variety. The same for lunch and dinner menu, it was nice but expensive for what it was. Especially with the surrounding area...

「Services were good but a bit aging.」

「頂級享受。」

「Wonderful 」

「staff is very helpful and polite. the overall environment is very relaxing. Just two points which would like to have improvement, i.e. the temperature of bathing water and wifi connection」

「This hotel is very unique and beautiful. An old monastery full of character. Breakfasts were wonderful, staff friendly and helpful. Our only disappointment was the air conditioning/heating which was centrally controlled, leaving our room airless. The staff did help us resolve this with much kindness.」

「Good experience for the hotel and good trip for the Greece」

「The location are very good with amazing view of Santorin. All staffs are nice, friendly and helpful, especially F/O team. Service of HSKP, F&B also prefect. really enjoy my time staying here. Can't wait to come back again. 」

「Nice Room, big pool, big breakfast with good quality, Friendly staff, and able to walk to Fira within 40 mins」
