“Since I booked a double room, they sold my room and offer my 5 persons room, unfortunately the faucet was out of order and towels were really dirty, there have a lot of stains. The sleep area have many mirror on the well surround. The feeling was extremely poor. They changed back the room type I booked but no improvement. How come they got that high standard in Hotels.com website. They classified 5 stars hotel, Strange”

“The hotel was in a business district with no restaurants in easy walling distance. There is a nice park about 5 blocks away. The breakfast was very good and took care of most of my calorie requirements for the day. I took tours from the hotel and usually ate when on tour.”
