“Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!”

“This was truly a dream! I will definitely come back to Lugano and stay here. It was raining the entire time but it made the stay more romantic. Gabrielle and the entire staff at Swiss Diamond were/are extremely welcoming and accommodating. The spa was beautiful as well! Very relaxing! Thank you thank you Thank you”

“You really come here for the spa, hotel is very nice as well. Room and bathroom are great except for the cold leather couch and random red ottoman along w the weird old wood table, just a strange mix of design but if you are looking for a very nice hotel you can look past it. You need a car to eat off property. Food at hotel is excellent but other restaurants at sister property not as good. If you want something else you need to drive. Breakfast in room daily is lovely. Would recommend! ”
