“The hotel overall was stunning especially the indoor pool but the room was one of the worst laid out i have stayed in with no desk area and the sink for bathroom in the middle of the room, no privacy. We had no window which made the room feel small and stuff despite it being a king room, felt like it had no ventilation. Lights and AC were on some sort of timer that kept going off and couldnt be disabled. Not the standard im used to from a hyatt.”

“The location is close to the main historical buildings and tourist centres. The breakfast buffet provides diversified kinds of good foods and is worthwhile to pay extra cost for it. Most of the staff are welcoming and helpful. But the staff of cashier are a bit too cool to greet their guests. The dust on the cups in the minibar broke the image of its “blink blink cleanliness “. It’s good to live there for one day and try the breakfast buffet. But it is not suggested to live there for more……

“Must have been lovely when it was first built, but really needs * reviewing now in its present state. Repeatedly poor restocking of plates and glasses at buffet breakfasts, but good selection of cold and cooked food. Some tables with cloths and mats, others no covering. Scrawny paper napkins!? Furniture dusty. Seating in reception, fillings to chair backings sagging and trim missing, (but beautiful scrolled arms). Beds Very Firm/hard - unlike anywhere else we have stayed. Compared with the……
