“I stay 2 night last weekend Today I found out my credit card be charged 535 usd, I called to the hotel, they told me because my room's TV damage, so they charge me money for that But I “don’t”even touch the tv at all when I stay there 2 night, this is crazy just charge me for no reason, and I called the hotel , all they do just told me they are sorry for that. “Took my wife and kids here to celebrate my wife's birthday and we had an amazing time!! The customer service and the way the staff are so friendly and welcoming is exceptional. The hotel is very chic and has very luxe appeal. The decor and the rooms are superb! We had dinner at their Salt and cellar restaurant which was excellent and we did their amazing Sunday brunch Tea experience which the girls absolutely loved! My wife thoroughly enjoyed the spa and relaxation room! All and all 10/10……

“La piscine chauffée moyennant des frais valait la peine, car était chauffée parfaitement. La cuisine et salles de bains propres. Tapis au second étage pourrait laisser à désirer en fait de propreté. Pour un séjour de plus de 2 jours il faut prévoir des produits car ils ne sont pas fourni tel papier de toilette et essuie tout. ”

“Great location, beautiful spacious apartment, comfortable beds/space. It was well appointed with kitchen items, bathroom, and laundry. The apartment floors were a little dirty and there really needed to be a fan in the 2nd bedroom. It was pretty stuffy in there with the thermometer limited to 72 at night. The AC unit was a little loud but cooled well. Unfortunately, the pool was too packed to enjoy, and the gym that didn't open until 9am was also packed. The gym was well appointed, and there……
