"Hotellet ligger fint vid havet med fint utsikt. Rymligt hotellrum och ok badrum. Servicen når inte upp till förväntningarna. Receptionen är inte intresserade av att hjälpa till med information. Maten på hotellet får 1 av 5 möjliga, vad ni är ni gör akta er för nyårsmeny. Gymmet är slitet och man känner sig inte välkommen där. Rummet var väldigt lyhört. Vi kommer inte att boka om detta hotell fast att vistelsen på Madeira var för övrigt fantastiskt. "

"Absolutely beautiful villa. Impeccably furnished with a fantastic pool and stunning views. It was very clean and well equipped, but we did struggle with the pillows which we all found uncomfortable. Such a minor issue though when the place was so impressive otherwise. We've stayed in lots of villas over the past few years and this was definitely the best. Friendly and helpful management company too! "
