「I had a wonderful room with a huge and spacious terrace facing the Grand Harbour. Room was clean and was well stocked with amenities. Breakfast was a wonderful buffet spread with views of the harbour. Staff were very helpful and polite. Location was great - just 10 minutes walk to the old town of Valletta. 」

「Excellent customer service with a particular shout out to Sunny, Wictoria, gentleman at the pool and the team at the concierge. ( sincere apologies for not remembering your names!) 「The hospitality of all the staff were excellent. They made us feel at home and the vibe was very welcoming. Special thank you to Gherlyn and Suraj who made our Anniversary dinner unforgettable and to the staff at the reception who booked us at the restaurant - Le Bistro, unfortunately I forgot to ask her name. The foods served that night were luscious.
The room, what can I say? It was always clean and immaculate. Kudos to the staff who was assigned in making this possible.」
