"For us Americans a bit more detail on checking in … 4 locked doors with 1 code and 3 keys, and info on how appliances or equipment works. The unit I was in the door was “on the stairs”, but nothing about it being behind another door. The instructions said between 1 & 2, but I would think its more between 2 & 3, with 1 being the ground floor. I never did get the Nespresso i wanted, and I never got the TV to show anything in English. "
